How have you been finding it so far?
I must confess that I've been attempting to write lesson plans all day and finding myself hopelessly distracted by other matters. I'm about to give it up as a bad job and have tea. Would you care to join me?
I have some quite fine oolong that I traded for in Diagon over the holidays.
And I must admit, I have a professional question for you as well. Aurora has been inquiring about a tisane for her insomnia. I can't see any reason not to offer her one, unless she's taking something I ought to be mindful of?

As for Aurora, I'm sorry to hear she's still being troubled with sleeplessness, but I confess I'm not surprised--either that she still suffering or that she's looking for remedies other than sleeping draughts. She dislikes taking potions, and I can't say I blame her. So no, indeed, there's no reason you oughtn't give her a tisane if you've one you think might help her.

Have you had a chance to speak with Wilhelmina? I've been meaning to ask her how she's found her first term here at the castle.

Date: 2012-01-02 07:45 pm (UTC)Whenever we've been together, she's been full of stories of this thing and that her pupils have done--or the creatures. Being handled does stress them, and not infrequently they show the strain of it.
If you'd like to bring her along at tea time, please do. Or we could invite her next time if that seems better.
